3M™ Kerramax Care™ Dressings are a range of super-absorbent dressings that absorb and retain high amounts of wound exudate. The unique wicking layer evenly distributes fluid both horizontally and vertically throughout the dressing, utilizing the full absorption capacity. Exudate is locked away, including bacteria and MMPs creating an optimal environment for wound healing, supporting a positive patient experience4. Its high conformability allows the dressing to be folded to suit a variety of different wounds.
